What do you use Google Wave for?

Just wondered what people use it for. For me, I use it for work (95% of the time) and talking with friends (5% of the time).

For fun, as most of my friends seem to use it. They seem to be going back to there IMs slowly...

For work, seems to be a new thing my team has started using. I don't think it will last though, hardly any activity in the waves we have created.
